Q. How do I see when a particular course is offered?

A.
OPTION #1 - Go to the "CALENDAR" page on our website. There you can scroll through the months of the year and see when and where your particular course is offered. The Life Safety Solutions, LLC Main Calendar reflects the most up to date and accurate information pertaining to when courses are offered.
 
OPTION #2 - You can go to the "COURSE DESCRIPTIONS" page on our website, click on the "ENROLL" button and then register as a new user. Then, you can select from all of the current courses offered at Life Safety Solutions, LLC.

Q. How do I register to reserve my spot in a course that I want to attend?

OPION #1 - Go to the  "CALENDAR" page on our website. There you can see the actual course and date that you want to register for. Click the link that says "Register & Pay for this Course". You will be redirected to our registration & payment processing site which is 100% secure. You will need to make a new profile if you are a new visitor to our site.

You will be redirected to our registration and payment processing site which is 100% secure. You will need to make a new profile if you are a new visitor to our site.

Q. What forms of payment does Life Safety Solutions, LLC accept?

A. Here at Life Safety Solutions, LLC, you have many options to pay for your registered course(s). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and EChex with easy website course registration and payment processing through our secure THRIVA Active.com network.

Q. Are my transactions conducted through Life Safety Solutions, LLC secure?
 

A. Here at Life Safety Solutions, LLC, we are very concerned with your security and confidentiality. All of your registration information is kept on a secure encrypted server and is not sold or given to any third parties. Life Safety Solutions, LLC utilizes student information only to process payment, formulate course rosters and provided for student notifications.

All of your registration and credit card transactions or completed through our secured server and via encrypted transaction processing through our contract with Active.com.

Q. How do I know that Life Safety Solutions, LLC is a reputable and credible training institution?

A. Life Safety Solutions, LLC holds many training center designations through numerous state and national level agencies including: American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute, National Association of EMT's and the Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Trauma & EMS. As such, Life Safety Solutions, LLC is subject to bi-annual training center inspections and approval in order to maintain our credentialing. Our inspections through the Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Trauma & EMS are a matter of public record and as such, you may ask to view them.

Life Safety Solutions, LLC is the contracted educational partner with Mesa Community College. We offer courses and comprehensive progams in partnership with Mesa Community College on site at their Downtown Campus located at 165 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, Arizona 85201. Q. How do I contact you if I need to reschedule or cancel my registered course?

A. You may reach us in person at (480) 656-8387 or send us an email to customerservice@lifesafetysolutionsllc.com. We suggest that if you have urgent issues, to contact us via both means.

Q. What happens if I cannot make it and need to cancel my scheduled course?

A. Life Safety Solutions, LLC requires a minimum of 48 hours notice when you are cancelling your attendance for your reserved seat in a course. If you cancel with 48 hour notice, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee, the remainder of your pre-paid course fees will be reimbursed to you within 5 business days.

If you are a "no show" for your reserved seat in the scheduled course and no 48 hour notice was given, then the entire course fee will be retained and no refund will be given.

Q. Can I reschedule my course after I register if I cannot make it to the original date I selected and will there be a fee?

A. Life Safety Solutions, LLC understands that conflicts do arise. We allow one reschedule per registered course at no charge. If more than one reschedule takes place, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee for each subsequent reschedule occurrence.

Q. Are your instructors still practicing in their fields, are they credentialed and are they up to date on the newest practices and guidelines?

A. All of the Life Safety Solutions, LLC instructors are active and practicing in their respective fields. This insures that you the participant, get the real life knowledge and experience that you should expect from a medical instructor. Life Safety Solutions, LLC requires that all of our instructors complete courses of study in the areas of instructional strategies and adult learning styles. The majority of our instructors are members of the National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE). Our instructional staff averages 10+ years experience in the areas of medical & safety education while our Program Managers and Senior Directors average 20+ years experience in the same field.
